Thise new series of 4 post hydroulic
presses join Veera,s broad line of hydraulic machinery. This
line is offered to meet the need for a wider chice of size,
capacities and speeds in a high quallity 4 post presses. Eleven
bacik maodels are covered in this brochure with a wide choice of
optional equipment. |

| HEAVY DUTY FRAME |
|
The bed and cylinder mounting surface are
machined parallel for perfect die aligment. Each frame is
engineered for its rated power with ample reserve strength.
Frame deflection is minimize for long die life. |

| CYLINDERS |
|
Our press cylinders have a large reserve
capacity, the rams are of large diameter and of alloy steel,
harden, group and hard chrome plated to resist scoring or
pitting. This helps to minimize leakare and increases the life
of multilip seals. |

| BLOSTER PLATE |
|
Fastened to the flat bed, it,s easily
removable. T-slots of ample size secure die perfectly. Thead
holds and or cut outs are available. |
|
| RAM HEAD PLATE |
|
Fastened to the ram and guide
posts endures parallel matting to the die and tools under
operation. Ram travel is precisely square to the table. Large
sized accept big die sets. T-slots of suitable size provide
secure mounting option |

| DAYLIGHT AND STROKE |
|
Accommodates large dies,
generous long stroke lengths are easily adjustable. Special
daylight and strokes (large or smaller) are available. |
|
| HYDRAULIC SYSTEM |
|
Dual pump system provides a
verstile match. the high quality, low pressure hydraulic system
is designed for extra long life. Presses with speeds or extra
high speeds are available for specific applications. Only
standard manifold ensure compact design, less space, neat look,
leak free operation and easily accebility for the components. |
