The press is fitted with
electrical control panel with a digital timer which will
compute the curing time and will open the press
automatically after the set time. The control panel is
fitted with 6 digital temperature indicators to show
temperature of the each heating plate.
The press have monoblock weldment of
substantial fabricated design with good factor of safety to with
stand continuous load for trouble free operation.
MOVING PLATEN:
The moving platen is fitted with 4 set of
rack and pinion arrangement for parallel movement of the moving
platen.
INDUSTRIAL DUTY HYDRAULIC CYLINDER:
The pressing ram is made out of high
quality alloy steel, ground, hardchrome plated to a super finish
to ensure longer life of imported P U oil seals.
HYDRAULIC POWER PACK:
Well designed hydraulic power pack working
with-balanced/vane double pump gives a long lasting service
life. All the valves are fitted on two manifold blocks for neat
look and easy assesibility. Pressure gauge to indicate maximum
cylinder pressure.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL
SYSTEM:
The press is fitted with dual palm push
button work station on the panel of hydraulic press. An
emergency push button is provided to terminate the cycle at any
stage of operation.
FILTERATION UNIT:
A 25 micron filteration unit is be fitted
on the power pack to ensure clean oil.
