Modern Industries need modern
preses. A high productin rates in the modern industries
depend to a considerable extent on the accuracy and
speed of presses used in the manufacturing process. In
response to this trend, PRESSWEL INDUSTRIES has
developed KRA Series of down stroke hydraulic presses. A
unique design of prefiller system make these very fast
in operation and can be used for mass production of
sheet metal components, FRP moulding, industrial and
commercial laminates, clutch facing and brake lining and
lot of other industries.
Press Frame :
The press fame is of substantial fabricated design with amole
ribbinh and calculated sections to ensure uniform distribution
of pressure on the placed load.
Prefiller System :
The cylinder mounted prefiller system connecting to the
adjoining oil tank gives very fast transfer of oil to the
cylinder and back at the time of cloding and opening of the
press. This gives the press a very fast working speed. the fast
approach of the moving platen is with gravity fall. A hydraulic
antifall safety system for the moving platen ensures complete
safety of the operator.
Squeeze Cylinder :
The main cylinder is made out of rolled steel. the main moving
ram is made out of pre-harden alloy steel, ground and hardchrome
plated. Sealing is carried out with chevron set of packing to
ensure long working operation.
Ram Guides : the
main moving ram is guided with four readjustable V
guides to given smooth operation and guided closing to the tool
under operation.
Accessories :
The press is fitted with relay/PLC control panel to suit any
specific application. This panel monitors the complete cycle
from fast approach to return including slow closigm, breathing,
pressing dwell time and return of the press platen through
network of limit switches and pressure switches.
